All our beef and lamb is 100% grass fed and grass finished. Poultry is pastured and certified organic. We believe in giving our livestock good pasture, clean water, and lots of sunshine. These practices produce meat that is both healthy and delicious.

We believe good grass, clean air, sunlight, and fresh water are the only things a cow needs to thrive.
