As we fill orders there are inevitably certain cuts that don't make the grade - a giant brisket, sausage in uneven links, chuck eye steaks that haven't been trimmed quite right, and so on. We can only eat so much of this, and we don't want the rest to go to waste. This box will be a selection of those cuts, chosen by us, from this stockpile, and we will make it worth your while! This will be about 32 pounds, but the exact weight will vary depending on what fits in the box. This will not include organ meats or anything too weird.
