Ground beef is a staple for good reason. Whether it's burgers, meatballs, or just fried in a pan with some herbs this is robustly flavorful beef. While our animals are exclusively grass-fed, we're careful only to slaughter them at the height of the season when they have a good layer of fat on their backs. This makes for superior texture, cooking properties, and a better over-all eating experience.
We aim for 80:20 meat to fat in the ground beef we sell.
