These premium pork chops come only from the best few pigs we raise each year. They're cut extra thick - nearly 2" - with a rib (or two!) still attached for a truly "wow" worthy presentation. We suggest cooking until the internal temp is 145 degrees. The heart of the cut will still be a little pink at that temperature, but pork is perfectly safe and super delicious when it's cooked to that temperature.
We ship our products throughout the northeast, to places like Connecticut and Westchester county.
