Also known as 'back bacon', this cut comes from the loin, which makes for more meat than fat compared with 'regular' bacon. If you like it cooked til crispy the yield in the pan is better with Canadian bacon. If you prefer a bit of fat we recommend this bacon. Or try this bacon if you want to avoid nitrates as much as possible.
Note the very short ingredient list. Bacon doesn't get any simpler than that. We like to let the quality of our pork speak for itself.
