As you can see, we're mostly out of chicken until the first birds of 2020 become available sometime toward the end of May. Chickens can't be raised out-of-doors in NY during the colder 6 moths of the year. We try to stockpile enough poultry in our freezers to get through the winter, but it isn't always possible.
The chicken we sell is the best we can find. Certified Organic feed, fresh pasture daily, and portable shelters for shade and predator protection makes for really good chicken. We source from Wrong Direction Farm in Canajoharie, NY because Dave, Rachel, and family raise them right.
